Life as we know it has changed. Many of us feel increasingly disconnected from ourselves and the people closest to us. We’re moving faster, yet somehow feel like we’re treading water. Trying to do “all the things” while quietly burning out.
Like many of the people we speak to, you might be done with it. Done with the hustle, the expectations and the conditioning that tells us this is just how life is meant to be. But where do you start?
13 years in, we can see more clearly than ever why fate brought us together.
In our own ways, we both became deeply curious about how life could be lived differently. Simplifying our health, home, work and relationships and redefining what success actually looked like for us.
Through our work as mentors and coaches, we’ve also seen the toll our current way of living is having on individuals, couples, families and businesses.
Over the past eight years, and especially the last few, we’ve been intentionally resetting how we live and work. For too long, we allowed career ambition to take priority over our health, home and relationship.
We’re done with the “shoulds,” the expectations, and the idea that you just push through at all costs.
We’re choosing to build a life that actually last.
